A charming wine with a light, distinct structure – first fresh and lively, then supple and fruity. A delicious sparkling wine for every occasion but one that is also good as an accompaniment to fine cooking.

The Pinot Blanc and Pinot Auxerrois grapes used for making this wine come from 40-year-old vines. Vinification takes place at the low temperature of 16°C, which produces fine aromas. The wines mature for three years, which is longer than usual and increases their complexity.
