Why Selected Wines?
Selected Wines was established on April 1, 2006 to introduce consumers to the World Business Class wines that are served on board KLM flights.
How do I pay for my order?
All prices indicated on our website, are in EUR. These prices include excise duties and VAT, but do not include the cost of delivery.
What do the prices comprise of?
Alle prijzen die op onze site staan, zijn in Euro’s. Deze prijzen zijn inclusief accijns en BTW, echter exclusief bezorgkosten.
What is the delivery cost?
The delivery cost is £15,85 per order of 12 bottles. Free Delivery for purchases of 30 bottles or more!
May I also use another currency for payments?
At the moment you may only use EUR for payments.
When will my wine be delivered?
The Netherlands
We can deliver the wines on any day – from Monday to Saturday – as long as you keep to the following schedule:
- Order before 12 a.m. on day A and we will send your order on day B. Your order will be delivered on day C.
- E.g.: order before 12 a.m. on Monday and the delivery will take place on Wednesday; or order before 12 a.m. on Thursday and the delivery will take place on Saturday.
Belgium & Luxemburg
We can deliver the wines on any day – from Monday to Saturday – as long as you keep to the following schedule:
- Order before 12 a.m. on day A and we will send your order on day B. Your order will be delivered on day D.
- E.g.: order before 12 a.m. on Monday and the delivery will take place on Thursday, or order before 12 a.m. on Wednesday and the delivery will take place on Saturday.
Germany
We can deliver the wines on any day – from Monday to Saturday – as long as you keep to the following schedule:
- Order before 12 a.m. on day A and we will send your order on day B. Your order will be delivered on day E.
- E.g.: order before 12 a.m. on Monday and the delivery will take place on Friday, or order before 12 a.m. on Tuesday and the delivery will take place on Saturday.
United Kingdom
We can deliver the wines on any day – from Monday to Saturday – as long as you keep to the following schedule:
- Order before 12 a.m. on day A and we will send your order on day B. Your order will be delivered on day E, F or G (depending on where you live in the UK).
- E.g.: order before 12 a.m. on Monday and the delivery will take place on Friday, Saturday or Monday, or order before 12 a.m. on Wednesday and the delivery will take place on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday (depending on where you live in the UK).
How can I cancel an order?
If you want to cancel an order, you can reach us by telephone on
(+31) (0) 72-540.3166 or you can send an e-mail info@fbselectedwines.nl. The purchase price will then be reimbursed to your account and any Award Miles will be credited.
How is the wine delivered?
We dispatch your order by courier service. The wines are packaged in a box, unless otherwise indicated.
Which guarantees are provided by Selected Wines?
If you are not satisfied with a product, then you may return these bottles (in their original state) to Selected Wines (“not satisfied, money back”). You will be credited with the amount of the items returned. You may also call us about this by using telephone number (+31) (0) 72-540.3166.
