Why did we launch SelectedWines?
SelectedWines was launched on 1 April 2006 to introduce consumers to quality wines and the importers of these wines.
How can I pay for my order?
You can choose your method of payment when you place your order. The credit cards we accept are VISA, MasterCard and American Express. Starting in mid-November 2010, a new method of payment using online banking will become available: iDEAL. SelectedWines and Connect 2 Connect are busy arranging for new methods of payment.
What does the price include?
All prices listed at our website are stated in euros. These prices include excise duties and VAT but not shipping costs.
How much will shipping cost?

Could I use another currency for making my payment?
At this time, unless you have delivery made to a location in the UK where you can pay in pounds sterling (GBP), you will have to pay in euros.
When will my order be delivered?
The Netherlands
We can deliver your order on any workday (Monday through Saturday). When you receive it will depend on when you place your order.
If you place your order before 12:00 noon on workday A, we will ship your order on workday B and you will receive it on workday C.
Example:
If you place your order before 12:00 noon on Monday, you will receive it on Wednesday. Or, if you place your order before 12:00 noon on Thursday, you will receive it on Saturday.
Belgium & Luxembourg
We can deliver your order on any workday (Monday through Saturday). When you receive it will depend on when you place your order.
If you place your order before 12:00 noon on workday A, we will ship your order on workday B and you will receive it on workday D.
Example:
If you place your order before 12:00 noon on Monday, you will receive it on Thursday. Or, if you place your order before 12:00 noon on Wednesday, you will receive it on Saturday.
Germany
We can deliver your order on any workday (Monday through Saturday). When you receive it will depend on when you place your order.

We can deliver your order on any workday (Monday through Saturday). When you receive it will depend on when you place your order and where you live in the UK.
If you place your order before 12:00 noon on workday A, we will ship your order on workday B and you will receive it on workday E, F, or G, depending on where you live in the UK.
Example:
If you place your order before 12:00 noon on Monday, you will receive it on Friday, Saturday or Monday, depending on where you live in the UK. Or, if you place your order before 12:00 noon on Wednesday, you will receive it on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday, depending on where you live in the UK.
How can I cancel an order?
If you want to cancel an order, you can reach us by telephone at +31 6 16 959 950 or by sending an e-mail to info@fbselectedwines.nl. You will then be reimbursed for the purchase price and any Award Miles will be credited to your account.
How will my order be delivered?
We will send your order by courier. Unless indicated otherwise, your order will arrive in a box.
Does SelectedWines provide a guarantee?
