Light yellow with a hint of green. The bouquet gives fresh aromas of tropical fruit, peach, grapefruit and a light touch of anis. Very fresh taste with considerable but pleasant acidity and loads of applefruit.

The company was established in 1988 as a family business. The bodega is one of the better bodegas of Rueda. The beautiful bodega, located in Pozaldez (Valladolid), has been fitted out with the most modern technology for the vinification and bottling of fresh, fruity wines. However, the traditions are kept alive.

The ' Mania' comes from the original grapes in vineyards where many butterflies visit (mania –obsession). This gives the wines a unique look.
